Subjectivity and Power, Psychiatric/Psychological/Medical Anthropology, North Africa:  Moroccan women's experience of psychiatric distress and its treatment and the influence of sociocultural dynamics of power on their expression of these experiences.  Secondary interest: the Moroccan diaspora in Northwestern Europe - experiences of selfhood among second-generation Moroccan immigrants.
